Shipping Policy

  • All of our products are handmade in South Australia. We currently have one dedicated sewist creating all scrub tops, pants and scrub caps, which makes each piece truly special, but also means processing times can be a little longer than business who manufacture off shore.

    Thank you for supporting small-batch making. You are amazing and we appreciate you so much.

    We offer three types of product availability: Ready to Ship, Made to Order, and Pre-Order. Each has a different timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

    Ready to Ship (In Stock)

    These items are already made and ready to go.
    Dispatch time: 3 business days.

    Made to Order

    We have the fabric and supplies on hand, we just need to sew your item just for you.
    Processing time: 2–4 weeks, depending on our order queue.

    Pre-Order

    These items require fabric or materials that are not yet in our little sewing room. We will begin making your order once supplies arrive.
    Processing time: Longer than Made to Order. Timeframes vary depending on supplier delivery.

  • We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post. At checkout, you can choose between Standard or Express shipping to best suit your needs.

    International shipping outside these regions is available on request, we’re always happy to discuss options as we continue expanding worldwide. If you'd like a custom shipping quote, please reach out.

    Once your parcel has been scanned by Australia Post, it is in their care. While we are more than happy to assist with tracking updates or delays, we cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • We offer free local pickup at selected markets across South Australia, as well as collection from the Royal Adelaide Hospital by arrangement.

    If you’d like to pick up your order instead of having it posted, please contact us before placing your order with the following details:

    • Your name

    • Your preferred market pickup date or your interest in the next available market

    • The items you would like to purchase

    Once confirmed, we will send you a free shipping code to use at checkout.
    This allows you to place your order without delivery costs and ensures we have your items ready for collection.
