At Scrub’d in Australia, every garment is handmade with care. We want you to love your order, and while we don’t offer refunds, we do provide store credit under the following conditions.
Return & Refund Policy
If you have ordered an incorrect size, we are happy to provide a store credit (no refunds).
This applies to both standard and custom garments, except where an item has been created to meet very specific or unique requests (e.g. unusual alterations or personalised details that cannot be resold).
You must contact us via email at scrubdinaustralia@gmail.com within 14 days of your order’s delivery date (as confirmed by postal tracking).
To be eligible, the garment must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Be free from odours, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Store credit will be issued once the returned garment has been received and inspected.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your store credit via email.
South Australian customers: If you prefer, you may return your item in person when we are attending a local market. Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility and arrange the return.

Clear photos showing the fault.
We will assess the situation and let you know if a store credit is appropriate.
Faulty claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. However, we may consider extensions to this timeframe in certain circumstances.
Please note: faults due to general wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Worn or washed garments.
Garments made to very specific, personalised requests that cannot reasonably be resold.
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
Garments sold as faulty/seconds – If a garment is clearly listed and sold as faulty at a discounted price, it is not eligible for return or store credit.
Personal items cannot be returned.

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for posted returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
