About Us
We’re an Aunt and Niece duo, one seasoned Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience, and one freshly graduated nurse just starting her career. Together, we decided it was time to rethink the humble scrubs.
After years of wearing uncomfortable and impractical scrubs and with some established Aunty sewing skills, we decided we could design and make customisable scrubs. Between constantly having things falling out of our pockets, collars that gaped and prints that faded faster than a night shift snack stash we went to work to make a better pair of scrubs!
At Scrub’d In Australia, our scrubs are anything but ordinary. Each piece is individually handmade right here in Australia, using limited-run fabrics, meaning only a handful of people will ever own the same print. Your scrubs won’t just be part of your uniform, they’ll be a reflection of your personality.
Our scrubs are handmade in Australia from 100% cotton. Most fabrics are limited-edition prints, designed by independent artists and manufactured with professional printers to ensure lasting colour and quality. We share details of every artist we work with in our product descriptions, so you’ll always know the story behind your scrubs.
But what really makes our designs stand out is how customisable they are. You choose how your scrubs work for you , pocket placements, zip options, top length, badge tab location, and even whether you want a matching or contrasting collar.
We believe your scrubs should do more than just meet uniform standards, they should make you feel confident, comfortable, and authentically you. Whether you’re a nurse, doctor, vet, dentist, or anyone else in scrubs, we’re here to help you feel your best doing what you do best.

Our custom-made scrubs are designed with your comfort in mind. We prioritise durability and ease of movement without compromising on style. Whether you prefer classic solids, vibrant prints, or subtle patterns, our wide range of fabric options allows you to express your individuality while maintaining a professional appearance.
But it's not just about aesthetics—our scrub tops are engineered for performance. Thoughtfully placed pockets provide ample storage for essential tools and personal items, keeping everything you need within reach. Reinforced seams and high-quality stitching ensure long-lasting wear, even in the most demanding healthcare environments.
All fabric is pre-washed in a 60-degree wash to minimise shrinking of the final garment.
Pre-Order Fabrics
When you make an order with a pre-order fabric, we must first order the fabric from our supplier before making your garment. Shipping and supply times vary. If you require a more accurate timeframe, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Limited Edition Fabrics
These fabrics are in stock and ready to make. However, they are not readily available from our supplier. It is unclear whether we can obtain the fabric again, so please act quickly before our stocks run out.

Cool machine wash (up to 60 degrees) with like colours. Hand dry or low tumble dry. Cool iron, do not iron trims. Do not bleach, wring or dry clean.
